Utilización de recursos educativos abiertos para la promoción del uso de repositorios institucionales. El caso de la Universidad Tecnológica Nacional

چکیده
La tesis hace foco en el uso de los materiales educativos digitales, específicamente recursos abiertos (REA), desarrollo estrategias para su diseño, producción y utilización carreras grado Ingeniería almacenamiento repositorios institucionales (RRII) Acceso Abierto (AA).
 promulgación la Ley N°26.899 RRII instala al AA centro del debate académico científico. UTN es una Universidad Nacional, carácter federal, conformada por treinta Facultades Regionales (FFRR) distribuidas catorce provincias República Argentina Rectorado ubicado CABA. En respuesta a citada ley, ha desarrollado políticas Repositorio Institucional (RIA) con objetivo preservar largo plazo brindar visibilidad científica, académica tecnológica.
 Desde 2016 fecha, un número significativo investigadores, tesistas posgrado demuestran interés las iniciativas utilizan RIA como herramienta preservación científica académica.
 Esta que aborda cuestión incorporación REA RIA. Para abordar esta cuestión, se propone programa diseño brinde docentes, FR UTN, metodologías, formación apoyo creación publicación RIA.
 Los objetivos principales son:
 
 Recopilar metodologías e identificar aquellas consideren RRII.
 Diseñar docentes condiciones REA, promover asignaturas Analizar describir adecuaciones necesarias repositorio institucional permitir depósito, recuperación REA.
